Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver training for kitchen brigade.
- As Head Chef you are tasked with motivating and encouraging your team.
- Lead menu planning, seasonal updates and product innovation across all outlets.
- Meet full specification, of dishes, costings and brand presentation standards ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure systems, policies and procedures will be customer focussed and health & safety compliant.
- Regular updates to senior management and ownership of P&L accounts and budgets.
- Foster an environment of continuous departmental improvement and motivation
What we need from you:
- Experience in a high-volume hotel or restaurant as a Head Chef.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Demonstrate proven ability to manage a kitchen and motivate a team.
- Clearly show evidence of your experience of managing profit and loss and how to continually improve the business working alongside senior managers.
- Bring a culture to the kitchen that is inclusive, hardworking and respectful.
