We are currently working in partnership with this global business for their 4 star hotel in Stirlingshire.
As head chef your Role will be:
- To Lead and inspire the kitchen team
- Oversee menu development and ensure consistency in quality
- Manage food preparation, presentation, and safety standards
- Control costs and manage inventory
- Uphold the client’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership role
- Operational Kitchen Ability
- Strong knowledge of contemporary culinary trends
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Passion for quality ingredients and innovative cooking, using local suppliers and producers.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
