HEAD CHEF

Are you passionate about creating an exceptional dining experiences in a stunning setting.  We are seeking a talented and dedicated Head Chef to lead a kitchen team and uphold their commitment to guests and staff, offering high quality, locally sourced ingredients.

We are currently working in partnership with this global business for their 4 star hotel in Stirlingshire.

As head chef your Role will be:

  • To Lead and inspire the kitchen team
  • Oversee menu development and ensure consistency in quality
  • Manage food preparation, presentation, and safety standards
  • Control costs and manage inventory
  • Uphold the client’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership role
  • Operational Kitchen Ability
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary culinary trends
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Passion for quality ingredients and innovative cooking, using local suppliers and producers.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment

Offering a competitive salary of £45-£50k per annum- depending on experience and vision.
